Goldratt, one of the greatest gurus of production engineering, and we couldn't open this selection with a different title. Even 30 years after its launch, The Goal is still one of the best-selling business books. The central theme is the Theory of Constraints, which seeks to analyze industrial bottlenecks and how to overcome them efficiently to generate the best results.
